Yes, that means that I have two new rares that I traded when they were uncommon!

Glacies (above) here was one of my first pets, I fell in love with her design ever since I joined, and was lucky that she was an uncommon.

And Azure, well, it took me months to get her because she was a really uncommon uncommon, I am so pleased that I got her before she turned rare!
