Since they are the same species, adopted on the same year and both uncommon, I say it's fair.
Although, since yours is a few months older, another common on their side would be good if you're picky xD

Unfair to you. Either offer a younger pet, or choose one of their older pets. Remember, 3 months is best (you can fairly trade your pet for a pet up to 3 months older than yours and up to 3 months younger than yours. BUT. But. This rule does not always apply, especially to 2009 and earlier pets.)

I think it's about fair, but definitely get another opinion.

Unfair to you, they need to add an early/mid-10 uncommon (the white April cat was the rarest of the litter, I'm surprised it's not rare yet).

It looks pretty good to me, but I also think you should get another opinion. These pets are very tradeable, very wanted, and their exact value is not always agreed upon by everyone. But I'm sure you know this, it's why you're here. Ah, whatever, it looks good to me. I'm not the best judge, so I hope you can make a deal with whatever good advice you're given.
