1. Unfair to them, rabbit is only worth one newborn (maybe, not sure because it hasn't grown, if I were them I wouldn't though)
2. Unfair to you, they need to add early/mid 09 uncommon

You could:
~Take off everything but the Light Leopard and add a mid-high Advent to their side, or
~Take off the Light Leopard and add something like one of the more common '08 rares to theirs?
Get a second opinion, though. I'm not too sure what the VR rat on their side is worth.

Unfair to them, meat is useless now since the faire is over. Even if they wanted the items, still unfair to them.

Very very unfair to the non-meat side. Meat is not that rare, plus the Faire is gone by now. Even if the faire was still here that'd be very very unfair to the advent/pps side.

Unfair to them. Two pieces of meat that you can't even trade in for the Cooked Meat/Map/Lion set anymore are not worth a mid Advent+. At least, I'm fairly certain they aren't o.O
