Rockpaw nodded. "Okay." He ran ahead of his mentor and toward the training hollow.

[Shezza.]

Darkstar smiled. "you remind me of me when i was apprentice!"

[Dipstick]

"Really?" Rockpaw turned back to look at his leader. He tasted the air and smelled many scents, most of them prey. He unsheathed and sheathed his claws at the thought of catching a lot of prey for his clan.

[Shezza.]

"I will race you to the training hollow," Darkstar challenged, showing the side she usually hid.

[Dipstick]

Rockpaw also showed the emotions he usually hid. "You're on!" He said excitedly and bolted towards the training hollow as fast as his paws would carry him.

[Shezza.]

Darkstar quickly caught up, you could see her ribs easily but she strongly bound on, her muscles rippling under her coat. "Your fast!" She comments

[Dipstick]

"So are you!" He puffed without breaking his stride. He admired Darkstar's strength and speed. One day i'll be that fast and strong. He vowed and tried to pick up his pace.

[Shezza.]

"Watch out, up about two tail-lengths is a hidden log" Darkstar warned. She smiled, seeing the admiration in his eyes.

[Dipstick]

Rockpaw gave a flying leap, soaring over anything that had been in front of him. "Thanks." He gasped to Darkstar as he landed. Whipping his head around, he saw the small area he jumped over but couldn't spot the log. "Can you show me later?" He said turning to face ahead of him again. "I can't see it."

[Shezza.]

"yes, lets stop for a second" Darkstar slowed to a stop
