Medieval Faire Discussion Thread v.3

COME ON GUYS!
I am sure the event isn't over yet. JJust look at the front page. Tess said:

We will post a warning again when there's only a day left, but don't forget that some of the tokens take a bit of time to turn in.

And there was NO warning yet. The last warning we had, was the post that said we will get one again!
And neither Tess nor Nick are online atm! So who says the glich should be fixed by now?
Also, only half of the event has gone already. If it was over,why should there still be the forest, the banner, the whole MARKET when we can't get things anymore?

So please think for a moment and don't straight think "OMG ITS OVEEERR BUT I NEED TO TRADE IN MY TOKENS FTW!

Just wanted to make it clear again because still some people seem to panic.

They are tempting me to go into 35 ><
I am collecting masks, but it seems like people have much more of split and sweet masks!
First my goal was 10. Then I saw it was too easy and decided to go into 20. Then I had lots of split and sweet extra and went to 30. I haven't reached my goal with Gold and Blue Masks and was hoping they appeared on the Ring-Toss today... :\

Poor Forgotten... He's drowned in masks!

And these aren't all my masks. There are other drowned pets in my ungrouped group.
(Note that nothing in that group is tradeable, if you are curious enough to visit it.)


And no. THIS CAN'T BE THE END OF THE RING TOSS! It's unacceptable!

...I had a map waiting and had to go, I came back and I cannot get my lions cause it is gone.....That is just T_T unfair....

This is why I am sure it is a glitch. To have people lose items because of no warning is just mean, and Tess is NOT a mean person, she is incredibly nice. They aren't on 24/7, in fact they might be at school or the like at the moment, as soon as they are online they will fix this issue.

if it was over tess would put a post up saying there one day left so turn in your tokens before the faire ends and no offense to those who think it's over but the staff did that for easter event, they posted that there was one day left and that you should turn in your tokens and things to get items/pets before the event ends it was done also for the holloween event as well. why would this event be any different and why wouldn't they give a final warning. essentially it's not over unless there is a final warning on the front page which there is not.

All of the other events I've participated in where there have been tokens to trade in, we were always given at least a few days to trade the last of them in, while getting the banners and such was no longer possible. The fact that we can still get the event tokens, and no limit has even been set yet is kind of fishy to me... So yeah, I personally think it's just a bit of a bump. o:

one- we were told there would be a warning posted when we had one day left to turn in tokens- there was not. and as Bernouli said, there has always been a warning with these kinds of events. i've been here a long time too, and i can attest to this.

two- we can still do SOME of the trade ins, it's only SOME that don't work. i would think that at the end of the event, it would be an 'all or nothing' deal- when it ends, we won't be able to turn in any tokens.

three- we are still getting the clicking banners. we've never had an event of this type where the banners were still there after the even has ended. the banners have always changed to 'thank you for taking part in this event" while you still had time to turn in tokens. i don't think this will suddenly change.

so simmer down, i'm sure once Nick and/or Tess are online, we will get some official word and the glitches will be fixed.

Well, the Medieval Faire is finally over. I really enjoyed it, and a huge thank you to all the staff and hardworking artists who made such an amazing event possible! I love anything medieval, and this Faire was a dream come true. <3

Thanks for not complaining! I would like to see all you that are complaining run this fair and run the websites and make shure every thing was right and making the pets for the next month

Well, the Medieval Faire is finally over. I really enjoyed it, and a huge thank you to all the staff and hardworking artists who made such an amazing event possible! I love anything medieval, and this Faire was a dream come true. <3

I have been stuck at home due to an injury, and have had a GREAT time thanks to everyone who put together the Faire!!!! EPIC job, everyone, it was an unexpected surprise, a LOT of fun and very much appreciated!! The pets are all AWESOME!!!!

thank you butcherbaby for telling everyone to chill just like the everyone else whose been for a long time has and knows how the site works with these events. now can ya'll who are just panicing calm your horses and cool your jets and just wait for this to clear up and save the thank you to the staff for when the real last day is cause your causing widespread panic throughout cs.
