Characters Up For Grabs

Hey everyone!
I have designed some characters just for fun, or for competitions that didn't win, and I want them to have a home.
So, all you have to do is come up with a short story (like a paragraph) for the character you want. You get to pick personalities, homes, ect. If you are the only one who comes up with a story by the deadline, you win.
The characters are listed below.

And you may not make any design edits, you can change the species, but keep the designs like they are.

Note: Names can be changed, but I would prefer genders stay as they are.
Also, this contest ends on August 10th
if I don't have any entries by then, the date will be extended.

Mona (mother) and Rolo (baby)
The adult is female, this should not be changed. The baby is gender of your choice.
These can go as a pair, or to seperate homes. Markings are identical on both sides.

Riches Of The Sun
This is a male, the scars ARE removeable.
Markings are identical on both sides.

Heart Of Dusk
He is a male, can be gelding or stallion if kept a horse.
The heart marking is on that side only. (:

Sweet Lacy
She is a female, the markings are all the same on both sides
except her marking on her ear. I would love if she lived somewhere snowy. (:
