If another user and I were trading a green dragon dog for the elven set, what else would the elven set need to add?

I'd recommend looking at the old threads if you don't get an answer for a while, they might be a little out of date, but they're not that much older so chances are things haven't changed too much.

Wondering how much this guy is worth, strongly thinking of auctioning him.

Yes, it is, but only by a small amount. It turned very rare a month before the others.
