OOC: Mhm, that'd be fine :3 He needs to guard someone, and she'll need as much help as possible with how much she attracts trouble XD

BIC: "Most likely," Hecate replied in disgust. "He is not doing this by himself. He would not even dare to do it unless he had someone ready to protect him." She turned towards him in interest, wondering why he said that he was quite literally playing someone's war horse. She had already sensed that he was a hybrid of some kind, and it seemed vaguely horse-like, but it wasn't exactly that. "What kind of hybrid are you?" she asked him. Her face grew side with the reminder that many of the students had died. "Yes, there are not many students left, are there?"

Feeling the gun on her back, Aislyn froze, her eyes narrowed. She recognized the voice immediately when he spoke. "NACU, get that gun off of my back right now. Don't you want to kill Zarek? It will stop this whole thing." She sighed. "God, why are you being so utterly ridiculous? Please let me kill him. I'm sure everyone here wants that to happen."

"Whoever said that I would kill you by force?" Lia demanded of Zarek. "There are so many other ways to die than by gun or sword point." Hearing him, she snapped fiercely, "As if I would join you assholes." She froze when she saw that his nails were right next to Velius's cheek. Well, maybe she could get something out of him right now, even if the boy would be hurt. "When are the police going to attack? Where are they right now?" Her power rolled out of her and over him, this time powerful enough to force him to tell the truth. Before, it had only been light enough that he could have dodged the question. Not anymore. Her power flowed out of her so strongly, because of her fury, that he wouldn't have a chance to stand up against it.

((Good for Lia, she'll have a badass angel buddy.xD Nobody knows what NACU is, as far as anybody can tell he's just a weird mix of a metal elemental and a changeling.^^' Sorry I didn't make that clear.))

"Yeah, and none of them would work. You obviously can't poison me, you're not smart enough to trick me, and you're not strong enough to defeat me." Zarek retorted, amusing himself with how angry she was starting to look. Hearing her ask, the hybrid had no trouble guessing she was using her power right now. He winked at her and held a finger up to his mouth, obviously since he knew he couldn't hedge or lie he just wouldn't say anything, literally having to force himself to stay quiet at this point. If she tried to use it anymore so that he was forced to speak... well, he pointedly let his nails dig into Velius' cheek, leaving a mark but not yet breaking the skin. Ryoku growled, only not charging up there and attacking to help his friend because of Kenyon holding him back, already having ordered him not to shift yet, which didn't make it impossible to do so, but it did make it easier NOT to change into a giant pissed off wolf.

BIC: At this point, Lia didn't particularly care about Velius. Her morals had always been slightly shaded, but at this point she just wanted to know where the cops were so that she could kill Zarek later. "Tell me," she commanded, her voice so thick with her power that people would even be able to start feeling it around her, like an aura. Her hair was lifting in an invisible breeze, and her eyes were becoming brighter and brighter. Never before had she used her power so strongly. It was almost frightening, how she looked. A few people standing near her backed away on instinct, wanting to get away from the power that was coating their skin.

BIC: "I'm a... pegasus hybrid." Shayne admitted. He really hated turning into such a feminine creature, wings, AND a freaky spiral girly horn thing? What the hell? "Probably not, you'd have to be an idiot to try something like that without backup." He agreed, watching Zarek with distaste. "Not very many, no. There will be even less after this fight, and then by the end of the war who knows how many of us will still be alive? At least we have a force full of creatures far stronger than any human, even if they do have those guns."

BIC: "What is that like?" Hecate asked him, grinning. It sounded like fun to her, to be able to fly. She had always wanted to, and a few times she actually had while riding a big enough bird. That had been interesting. Nodding, she glanced back over at Zarek, then at NACU holding Aislyn. "If they have guns like NACU has, ones that can stop even Aislyn from fighting, then they are formidable weapons. We have strong creatures, true. We have a good chance of winning, but we also have a good chance of losing." Her brow furrowed when she realized just how many people would die. "It will be sad, will it not? How many people do you know here?"

Ben made a threatening stance towards Zarek, giving him a hard look as his whole body became rigid. "Why kill someone so innocent?!" Rubis yelled at him, the fire rising like her voice. "Zac never deserved it! None of the innocent people did!" She yelled at him. Poor Velius was shaking crazily, looking pale with fear and having cold sweat trailing down his face. "Let him go!" She yelled, making a threatening approach towards him, or at least tried to when Shade was holding onto her. "Screw you, Lia! I'll kill him! I swear by god, I will!" She screamed. At his owner's distress, Ben turned around to her and went back to her. "You'll pay for all the innocent people you killed! I'll make you burn while you hang from the clock tower!" She continued to scream.

((Oh, Veraway, can you edit the thing with Aislyn? Cause she wouldn't know about the program yet and all...))

"Calm down, Rubis." Shade snapped, turning her to face him and shaking her lightly by the shoulders. "Don't you think there's something planned here? If you try to go running up there you'll get yourself in trouble, then you'll be useless in the fight! Calm down so you can at least save the rest of your friends!" He growled, trying to enunciate enough that his Italian accent didn't make him hard to understand. Though he would have liked to attack Zarek right then himself, he knew better than to let Rubis go to try it.

Seeing Lia increase her power, Zarek sighed and sliced his nail across Velius' skin, not deep enough to injure, scar, or kill him-but he'd certainly feel pretty damn sick once the poison got into his system. Struggling not to open his mouth, the spider hybrid searched with one hand -still keeping the other over Velius' mouth- until he drew something from his ridiculous pockets. It was a pill, not like anyone could tell, that Trevor had made for him in case of a situation like this. It was an alchemic mix that destroyed magic energy-not the physical attacks, but things like this- that he wasn't supposed to use unless he had to, since he now wouldn't be able to recieve any magical assistance or healing until it wore off. "Calm down you two. Jeez," He rolled his eyes and grinned at them, "your like a pair of banshees, except at least banshees actually do something. Tell me, how often have either of you two done more than cover up for me," he blew a mocking kiss at Lia, indicating that he meant her, "and cause wars because you don't know when to shut up?" He gave Rubis a pointed look here. Not accurate entirely, but she did accidentally cause those stupidely named wars two years ago.

BIC: It's very irritating." Shayne gurmbled. Memories of girls spazzing out about the 'magical pony' he turned into still came to mind. damn elementary school. "I don't know, that gun seems a little different than what you'd expect from a cop. Looks more like a turret or something." He mused, wondering how the boy managed to turn his arm into a weapon like that. Not that there weren't things twenty times stranger at this school. "Though they probably have something strong enough, or they wouldn't be fighting us. I don't know many people actually... one, two now that I met you. Last night there was an elf girl named Minuette in front of the bar, we were petting that horse." He pointed across the field at Oltaron. "Though he didn't have armor then."

BIC: Immediately, Lia noticed that Zarek had taken something that would stop her power from working. She glanced over towards Rubis, then back towards Zarek, her power stopped. "As long as he's dead," Lia said to Rubis, "then I don't mind if you kill him. As long as you let me help." She was much calmer than the other girl, mainly because she had shut down all of her emotions. Hearing Zarek, she narrowed her eyes, glaring at him. "You like playing on trust, huh, Zarek? So you might live because of all of this. Did you ever think that we would win if you hadn't done this? Even though you have, we're still going to win."

Hecate smiled sadly at Shayne. "Then you won't be as affected by all of the deaths as I and the other people here will be. People that we know and care about will die, and there's not much that can be done to change that." She shook her head. So many people wouldn't be able to fight because of how affected they would be from the deaths. "Yes, Urick's war horse. It will be interesting to see how well he fights in battle."

Right when Shade's voice registered into Rubis' mind, Rubis tried to let herself calm down from the logic that Shade was pointing out to her. He was right, she'll just have to wait till the actual war starts, then she'll go after Zarek. Hell no was Rubis going to let Lia get him first. Taking deep breathes, Rubis tried to calm herself down more. Eventually she felt like she was in the right of mind, but didn't make any eye contact or look in Zarek's direction. When she heard what Lia said, Rubis turned to glare at her. Instantly, her fist came out of nowhere, and got Lia right across the jaw. "No," She growled. "You can make an empty threat. You can waste your powers. You can be an emotionless brat. But you can't give me permission to do something that I can do and say that you'll do something that'll never happen."

Velius winced when Zarek scratched his skin, wishing that Saranu was here to help him. Looking out into the crowd with watery eyes, he saw Ryoku being held back and chaos happening into the group. Please guys... Please... Calm down, He pleaded in his head, knowing it was useless for anyone to listen to him. If he tried to get Zarek now, he'd die without a doubt. However, he couldn't exactly do nothing. Taking a chomp of Zarek's hand, he elbowed Zarek's side and attempted to duck under his arm if Zarek loosened his grip to run back into the group.
