"Did I SAY you could sit there?" The nice-looking teacher hollowed as she slammed the door shut. She slammed it so hard I swear that people 20 rooms away could of heard it.
Was she talking to me? Her face was shaky, and she was staring straight at me - but I hadn't done anything, just sat in the only place possible.
"Hmm, so now you're not even going to answer me. Real nice, r-e-a-l nice. I don't even know who you are, you didn't bother to tell me you were here, and you go sit down next to Louise when I haven't even told you to. Please, come to my desk, if you would."
I hesitated for a second. I knew she was definitely talking to me, because she kept pointing to me and her way of speech referred to me perfectly. I blinked and stood up, slowly walking between the rows of desks until I got to the large one at the front. "Yes... miss?"
I didn't know why, but that just set off the firework. Me saying 'yes miss'. Her mouth went a crooked shape as her draw-on eyebrows raised to about 30 degree's higher than they were before.
"Yes miss? YES MISS? Do you think I am the dumb dunce? I will not respond to such an arrogant, misbehaving tone of voice. And anyway, I am a Mrs., Mrs. Labot to be exact. Now, because of this horrible act of bad conduct, I am going to redo the whole room so it is boy sitting next to girl on each and every desk."
I bit my lip as all the class sighed, staring at me annoyingly with a sense of hate. Madison seemed to love this though; as she sat there smirking horridly. The boy next to her was glancing away from me, his chin on his hand.
****
A few minutes later and the teacher was sorting us out into pairs and allocating us to a desk. Madison was still happy, because she thought that Mrs. Labot would pair her up with the boy again. But what wiped the dirty grin off her face was when she did the exact opposite and paired Madison with a short fat kid with big round glasses, called Oliver. She sat on the desk right at the front and peered out of the window, very angry.
What set off the fireworks again this day was to do with me, also. And it set the fireworks off inside of Madison. Ha, I did a lot of firework lighting. It seemed to be my hobby. Anyway, what made her even more angry was that me and the boy were paired together. Me and the boy that was sitting next to Madison before. The boy that seemed to be Madison's boyfriend.
That made her reaaaally annoyed.
