Which of these bids is fairest for the grinner, and, if it's unfair, what would need to be added?
This person knows it's unfair, but wants to try to make it fair. Any suggestions as to what to add?
Something around a Light Leopard/Target Dog value.

They said that this is just a starting bid and they WILL add more, when they get around to it.

The 2009 pets and the first two items are the only ones that catch my eye in this one, but I don't think it's fair as is. Any idea what they'd have to add, if I'm right about that?
Something like a Light Leopard, maybe less, though I'm not too sure about that one. This is the best bid thus far, though.

I'm also confused on my 2008 july VR green rat, which was said to be worth a balloon dog by some more experienced users. But I have two offers, supposedly unfair, but I'm not sure which is fairer and what needs to be added, or which one is better.
I heard fair before, but I was also told it was unfair to me by the friend that's more experienced in rarities than me. If they're correct, what do they need to add?
An Advent or perhaps a low September? Get a second opinion on this one. I personally do not know what the rat is worth.
Edit: I sent them a suggestion, telling them what was said. With what I did, is it fair? Or unfair to who?

I know the dragon is one step below the balloon dog, so, what fills the gap between the dragon and the balloon dog? Also, is this better than the first offer?
A mid or high September, I believe. I may be a bit off. I can't really say anything about which is better, though.

Unfair to '08. Store Pets are considered fake or worthless rares. So completly unfair. ^^

No, they're not. The winged dogs were equal to an 09 Uncommon at least. You have to spend REAL money for them, or else trade very well to get them. That's incorrect advice to give.

Demand wise, unfair to you. I've seen the meat go for very rares.

Disagree. Meat is in high demand but is a common object to get. You could get a better offer but it wouldn't be fair to the person offering.
