Is this fair?

If I recall correctly from my last trip to the archives today, your pet is from 2008, and was an advent. I'd say unfair to you big time. (I would say that they have to add at least a low advent like the scarf dog at the least, but get another opinion on that.)

Which of these bids is fairest for the grinner, and, if it's unfair, what would need to be added?
This person knows it's unfair, but wants to try to make it fair. Any suggestions as to what to add?
They said that this is just a starting bid and they WILL add more, when they get around to it.
The 2009 pets and the first two items are the only ones that catch my eye in this one, but I don't think it's fair as is. Any idea what they'd have to add, if I'm right about that?

I'm also confused on my 2008 july VR green rat, which was said to be worth a balloon dog by some more experienced users. But I have two offers, supposedly unfair, but I'm not sure which is fairer and what needs to be added, or which one is better.
I heard fair before, but I was also told it was unfair to me by the friend that's more experienced in rarities than me. If they're correct, what do they need to add?
I know the dragon is one step below the balloon dog, so, what fills the gap between the dragon and the balloon dog? Also, is this better than the first offer?

Unfair to them. I'm fairly certain the rats aren't worth 30-40 C$ each, but get a second opinion on that.
