Would you be able to use a real picture of my cat as a reference, or would I have to give color swabs?

I love working with real life photos, no swabs needed. I always try to get as close to the real animal as possible. But you have to keep in mind that it's hard to pinpoint colours from photos so the results may varry a bit. It's optimal if you have a few differentt photos so I can compare the colours by different light.
