OK so would you find the meat and the map in the forrest randomly?

You find the meat, than you get it cooked into steak by the cook in the bouncey castle and than you give it to the guy inthe forest((Scroll down)) And he gives you the map and than you wait 30 minutes and you go back to get the lions!

yes, most likley. I still have halloween and easter tokens from two years ago.

If you have the map, how do you know when to turn it in? If you guess wrong, do you have to start the quest over again?

You must wait 30 minutes. If you turn it in at the wrong time, it'll just say come back in {X} amount of minutes ^^
