That's alright. Yeah, it was a form, and with the old form we talked about something, and then I asked about what you wanted for payment. Somehow the message got lost in your inbox -- I sent this the last time you were open, so I think you just got lost with your orders and stuff. ^^ I'm post a form in a sec and then maybe we can go from there?

Color Scheme: Gold, silver, black, whatever you like.
Background Picture/Description: Masquerade theme
Transparent Background? (Yes/No) Yes (If it doesn't turn out so, then that's fine.)
CS Pet pictured: (Optional; can also be a fursona/character pic) Image (If it does not fit, then don't use it... it looks kinda funny. ^^)
How many links? Three
Link Titles: Characters ; Shop ; Trades
Font style: Curly, gothic, whatever fits. ^^
Link URLs: (Do you need them? I can do them on my own. PM if you want the links. ^^)
Sigmap size: Small, though if it needs to be bigger/big, the that's what it is. ^^
