He is sometimes called Fluttershy's Coltfriend (aka Goldenseal) because of his part in "At The Gala", standing by Fluttershy as she sang her part.

This pony resembles a pony named Nurse Sweetheart from 'My Little Pony Tales', although her mark was an injured teddy bear holding a heart. Some fans beleive her to be a homage of sorts to Nurse Joy from Pokemon, since she is a nurse with pink hair in a somewhat similar style to Nurse Joy.

Nurse Tenderheart

This pony appears to be a mix of an old G1 pony named Nurse Tenderheart who was blue with yellow hair, and Nurse Loveheart who was pink with blue hair. This character has so far only been shown once in Applebuck Season during a quick pan shot, which explains the poor image quality.
