Ah yeah, mine doesn't let you either- which is really weird .__. You think that such a fancy program would let you do that right?
I export is as a .png sequence (make sure you have a folder for that because it can get messy)
Then I import those frames to Imageready (an animating program that I got with Photoshop)
And I assemble the .gif there o3o

For mine I save it as a .psd, with all the animation changes drawn in layers. o 3 o
Then I put it in ImageReady, and duplicate the frames and change the layer for each one.

There's an option in Imageready that allows you to import the files in a folder as frames

Dang. I don't have imageready. I got my copy of both photoshop and flash free from a class I took. XD
Thanks for the info though. I know DeviantArt supports Flash files. I'll try and see if I can get something to work that way. :3
