No because you need to be able to post on the forums.

Snap...didn`t really think about that. Thanks anyway.

Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?) Errr...not really.
Why do you want to be a General Helper? I really like helping people, and I am very patient most of the time, and I like welcoming new people. :3

Throw those hooves right over my shoulders
Cause I seen the way you look at me, doefriend, when you smoulder
Come here, queer deer, and shake that thing around
Cause you get me so high that I gotta go down

What date did you register as a CS member?:
I joined CS on October 22nd, 2010.
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
I've made 3,702 posts so far.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
I usually visit CS every weekday, sometimes on the weekends as well.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
Because of summer vacation, winter break and spring break, I'm usually on the computer for about seven hours, maybe even more. But school is coming up, so I could be on for about three hours, but more hours on the weekends.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position? (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?)
Although I may not have a boatload of talent, I can get along with most groups, and don't get ticked off that easily so I'm patient with others.
My knowledge of events, pets, and basically the simple things that'll help you get along CS easily. I know basic RP vocab, so I could help with that too.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I'd like to be a General Helper because I'd like to be a big help to Chicken Smoothie. I think that helping others would be a great chance to make new friends as well, now that I see more members on the site now. I want to make a difference. I want to be that person who feels so good when they help someone who was desperately in need :3
But to sum it up, I want to HELP.

1.What date did you register as a CS member?:
March 19, 2009
2.How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
4,675
3.How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Usually everyday, unless I have no access to internet.
4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
At least five or six. Max is seven or eight, especially since it's summer.
5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I do speak some Mandarin Chinese, some Italian, and I'm also learning some French. Since I've been on CS for two years, I believe that I know the trading system quite well and I'm able to easily answer questions and/or help anyone who is having trouble with a trade. I'm on CS more then half the day, so I'm easily accessible to anyone who needs help. I'm positive I can answer any question asked to me about CS, where to find things or how to change things. Signatures are my expertise, and I could definately help anyone who is having trouble with their signature, or has any questions about it. I can also explain how to update profiles, change usernames and avatars, change passwords, update trade settings, how to create or run an auction or roleplay, etc. I also have a Formspring link in my signature for anyone to ask me questions on as well, if they for some reason feel uncomfortable PMing people. I have a younger brother and sister on this site, and I've helped them to navigate the site on their own, make their own wishlists, manage their trades, and know a fair trade from an unfair one. Like I helped them, I can definately help anyone else who needed some direction to how things work around CS. I can take time in throughly explaining things, and I do not mind repeating it several times. I can be very patient and understanding. Because, you know, we were all there once, weren't we? We were all new at one point or another. And I'm sure we would have all loved for someone to explain exactly how to center an image in our signature, or even get an image in our signature. I'd love to help people that need it.
6.Why do you want to be a General Helper?
CS has been one of my favorite sites for two years (Thank you so much, Tess, for creating it.) and I've met some amazing friends on this site. Being a General Helper is one way I can think of giving back, as well as helping the newer people who need some direction. When I first joined the site, I had no clue what I was doing. But luckily, a few kind people helped me out and told me how everyone worked, how to make a signature, even asked me to join their roleplay. They made me feel very welcome. I would like to help other people in that way, to make them feel welcome on CS they way I was welcomed when I first joined CS. I love helping people :3 And I'd really love to help anyone on CS who needed it. I'd love the expierience, too.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

1.What date did you register as a CS member?:: June of 2009.
2.How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): Around 6600.
3.How many days a week do you usually visit CS? 7 days a week, unless something unusual occurs.
4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Oh, brother. More then I should. I would say around 7-9hours a day, but I take breaks in between, and depending on how active the forums are.
5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position: Yes, actually. I have been a Newbie Helper before on a website called Furry-Paws, and I speak some French, and some Italian. Also, in school, I applied to be a peer mediator when I was younger. I have had numerous experiences in moderating, and I am the admin of one website.
Many of my friends consider me extremely patient, including family members. I have been Member of the Month on another website, and also one of the top posters on a forum based on pets.
6.Why do you want to be a General Helper: I feel I have a lot to offer to Chicken Smoothie. One of my passions is answering questions, also. Chicken Smoothie is a unique place, in my opinion, from other forums due to the large amount of members that cease to stop joining. I would like to help out the newer members get around, and answer some of the older members questions. I know a lot about CS, but there is always new things to learn.

2.How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 583
4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? About 2 hours and a half.

6.Why do you want to be a General Helper? I would really, really like to help the newer CS members, even if I'm not the oldest member. I think it's fine that I don't know everything about CS, because not everyone does. I realize that I don't post as often on the Help board as much as I would like to.

Thanks Tess, for giving everyone this opportunity. :3

Edit: Opps. Thank you, Aiedail, for pointing out that I'm not eight months yet...

1. What date did you register as a CS member?:
    May 29, 2009.
2. How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
As of this post, I have made 3,394 posts.
3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Unless I happen to be traveling, I visit everyday: seven days a week. c:
4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
The time during which I'm online each day varies according to rehearsals, practicing, and schoolwork; but it's usually between 2-5 hours; more on the weekends.
5. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?

    - For one, I'm bilingual, and working on a third language. I fluently speak English and Russian, and am working my way through Chinese. [I hope to pursue French next.] I would, therefore, be able to communicate with certain users who aren't strong with English, but are able to speak either of those languages.

    - I'd say that I know CS very well. I'm quite familiar with all of the different account settings, and I certainly know my way around the forums and can direct people to the proper areas in relation to what they are looking for.
Though I know longer trade; I'm know the rarities very well. I used to be quite active on the 'Is This a Fair Trade' thread, and am starting to post there again; I've been helping people with rarities through PMs and such lately. ^^
I also have become quite skilled with images and coding and such during my time on here; I can easily help others out with those kinds of things, and already do so quite often.
In addition, I'm quite involved with the character adopting community on CS. I have a position at the Pound of Hope through which I'm very often answering questions; I'm able, therefore, to help people with character/fursona problems as well. c:

    - I've been told by others that I'm a very approachable person, and I do try to hold up those opinions. I'm always open to being asked questions, and I'd say that I'm quite friendly. ^^
I don't hold grudges against people, and don't allow personal bias to get in the way of solutions when working with others.

    - Though my school doesn't have a peer mediation program, it does have a peer counseling program, which I'm quite involved with. Even in elementary school I was involved with such things; helping solve disputes that came up during recess and such. Through the program that I help with I've come to be quite empathetic towards others, and am able to understand their problems and help them work through their issues. I love to help others and see them persevere through their struggles; if I wasn't going to be a cellist, I'd surely be a counselor or psychiatrist.

    - I'd say that I have quite a bit of experience with helping others. Last year I served as a tutor to three other students who were struggling with their classes. Whenever I had a free lunch or study hall I would be helping them with studying and homework, and I'm proud to say that they did improve while with me. It was a wonderful experience, and I plan to take on some new students this coming year.
Again, last year, I worked with a much younger cellist who's family couldn't afford private lessons for him. I helped him work through many of his technical problems; and at the end of the year, he preformed a solo in the school concert.
I also volunteer with two orchestras for younger musicians, and am involved with the younger youth group at my church. c:

I love helping people. Devoting my time to helping others is something that I see as being very worthwhile; I'd love for that passion to spread to my time on CS as well. <3

6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?

For the past two years, CS has been like a second home for me. This is where my friends are, where I go to talk to others and share stories and role-play such. I get to share my writing and art here, and am able to improve in such areas because of others' critiques.

In other words; I love this site. CS and its community matter so very much to me, and I would love to give back to its wonderful users through being a General Helper. I remember all of the brilliant users who helped me out when I first joined; I would love to be like them, to pass on what I know to others to help them fall in love with the site as well.

It's my nature to help out others; I would love the opportunity to do here as well as at school and through orchestras. The current General Helpers are absolutely amazing people, to be able to learn from them and expand upon what I currently do here would be a dream come true.

Thank you so very much for this opportunity, I wasn't able to apply last time applications for this group of users was open; I'm extremely thankful that I have been given another chance to do so.

Sep 29, 2008

How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
2277 ; I know, small amount for the time I've been here, haha.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
Seven days a week, usually. If I'm on vacation, I'll usually be able to jack some internet and get on. But I hardly even go on vacation.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?:
I'd estimate four hours, probably. I hop on and off the computer all day, so it's probably more than that.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?)
Hmmm...I'm not a very special person, so I couldn't bring many awesome skills. xD I'm patient to a fault, and love to help people~ It takes a lot to make me mad, and thus far, that's never happened on CS. I've answered a few questions around the forum. c: On other forums, I've almost always had a mod position, so I'm used to helping other people out and explaining. Coding -- coding I am good at. BBC is my thing baby. I do wish I could suck up but...alas, I'm just another member. c':

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
To help the CS community! The community as a whole is the nicest forum community I've been in, and I'd love to give back by helping out. I know that everyone has answered the questions I've had, and I'd like to help them, too. I'm a rather timid person, so the other roles of CS wouldn't particularly work out for me ; but just helping...yeah, that's my thing. : D

Now go count how many times 'I' is in there. Fffff. Talking about myself is rather hard.
