Why do you want to be a General Helper?:
I would like to be a General Helper because I love helping people and I think it would be awesome if I could make someone understand CS better, even if they didn't join yesterday. I think it would also help me understand CS better as well. I will be able to help problems without getting angry either, since I hate having people mad at me, or at other players. I know that if I get chosen to be a General Helper, it would take up some of the time I spend on CS, but if it means cutting back on RP's or Oekaki, I will.

3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
No matter the time of year, I'm on ChickenSmoothie every single day (vacations with no Internet excepting, but this has never been the case thus so far).

4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
During the school year, I'm on around 6 hours average and during the summer I'm usually on from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. It sometimes depends when I wake up or when I go to bed, events, etc. but I would estimate that to be around 10 hours on average.

5. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
Well, I don't have any "professional" peer mediation experience (ie: actual classes or anything), but that kind of thing tends to be my personality since I've been a young kid. I have a lot of experience with moderator-like aspects, my main point being that I have a lot of experience with people relations and issues. I have helped out on several forums (namely ProBoards) and I feel I am very familiarized with the rules on this site and its boards. I don't really speak other languages, however, I do speak a bit of Spanish. I have also have very nice conversations with foreign members (Google Translate, of course, but it works well enough) and have actually directed a few new players to the International Board since they spoke a different language. As for trade value, I'm certainly no expert and, at times, I am hesitant about older pet values. However, I do consider myself knowledgeable to a good point and occasionally take rounds on posting in the Is This A Fair Trade thread. I also help out on the Are You New thread (old one here).

6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Of course as many before me, the main reason I want to be a General Helper is because I love helping people out. I feel that out of all the positions available on ChickenSmoothie, the General Helper would best suit me. The "job" suits me as a person, I find it good for experience, and it isn't too stressful or demanding as moderating. I feel I can be friendly and helpful, whereas something bigger would feel more like a duty as opposed to volunteering. I don't get angered easily, and if at all, it's all passive anger. If anything were to happen, which I hope won't, I'm quite a logical person and I appeal discussions with more logic and credibility than by emotions, but also with tact. Overall, I hope that by being a General Helper, I can better work to helping the community and helping myself by working with others, both new and old.

I try to help out as much as I can. I could be a trade-value expert, but I don't really consider myself as one. I can speak mostly any langue.
I can write a lot at times, and small if I want.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
It's nice to know that our helping someone who is new, and doesn't know much about this site. It means a lot to me knowing I help people out. A General Helper does that stuff, right? So, I think I'd be PERFECT for the job.

Seven. There's never really a day where I don't get on to check on a few things.

It really varies, but a lot. I almost always keep it open on my tabs, and I will admit I spend an awful lot of time on the computer almost every day.
5. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position

I don't have anything that stands out immediately. I don't speak another language fluently, however, I know bit of some other languages, such as German and French. I've been apart of multiple classes that deal with subjects such as mature debate, leadership skills and the like that may prove useful in this position. I try to be as polite as possible on the boards, and especially to newer users. I will also add I'm very fluent in BBCode, mildly in HTML, and I'm very good with computers and tech-y sorts of things. All I can really say is that I have a good knowledge of the rules, haven't received any board warnings, and I believe I can do just as the title suggests and be helpful to others.
6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?

The most prominent reason I would very much appreciate becoming a General Helper is because I want to give back, so to speak. The CS community has been very kind to me for the most part of the time I have been on here. If I can, I try to help answer the questions that sometimes appear on the General boards, etc. I enjoy helping others and newer users, because I know we were all there at some point, and it never hurts to offer some help with a few kind words to boot. c:

I visit almost every day, but there is occasionaly a time I may go on vacation (with no Internet access), but that normally doesnt happen

In the summer, its 10 hours, but during the school year, its 4-6 hours.

Sadly, I do not speak any other language other then English(Though I know some few words in Spanish) And, depending on the language I can establish German from Swedish, or from other languages. But I can use Google Translate if it comes to someone of another language that needs help. I dont have professional peer mediation knowledge, but in real life and sometimes on CS people ask questions/seek out advice from me. If people get in arguements, I get things smoothed out and settled. I am a mod of Chibi Park, a mod of TheWolfsGirl90's art shop. I personally dont think Im very good at July/August trades, but I use the "Rares Guide List" for help; But I think Im good with normal trades and deciding if its fair. (Though I dont post there very much). And I have knowledge of the Forum/all the rules here on CS. Plus I am always told how friendly, kind, and welcoming I am C:

Well, there is probably a ton of forms that somewhat relate to each other. But, I love to help others; animals, people, plants. Although I wanted to be a moderator here, the more and more I thought about it, it wasnt me. My personality and the way I am best fit General Helper. And if I did become a general helper, it would be good for me, because my dream job is to become a Vet/Animal Doctor to help people with their animals. Although I dont visit Introductions to often, I would love to change it up and welcome new users and answer all the questions they need.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Every day usually, depending on what I have going on then.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
Um, around 8 or 9 hours each day. That doesn't mean I always post, because I usually have nothing to respond too. Vacations are scarce because of family issues, so that isn't a problem.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position:
I'm very good at trading. I got lessons from one of my friends, who's been here for a really long time. I like to stalk the Fair trade thread and PM people about their trade and stuff. I always consider day, month, year, and the rarity. I know a lot about each CS pet and their names, so that won't be a problem. I'm generally okay at languages. I know English, Spanish and a bit of French, but I can always use translators if I need to. I'm going to be honest and say I don't answer many questions publicly, but that's because people usually beat me too it or I answer through Private Messaging. I don't think I'd be able to yell at someone. I'm too nice and I'm able to keep my cool while typing, unless they're abusing me over and over again, but that's never happened. I keep things simple but detailed, so others can understand them. I don't think I've ever used text talk, so that's not a problem. I'm Switzerland in my friends, the one that never picks sides and views things in both stories. I can resolve most fights and problems, and If I'm unable to, I choose the best solution available.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Because I want to be useless around CS. Trading pets, roleplaying and stuff is awesome, but I want to be able to do more and have people look up to me for problems and questions. I love it here, and can't stay away for very long. I hope to be able to have more people remember me as the "super nice general helper", or if I don't get this job, the "super nice member". I want to be able to help others that have no idea what to do on CS become one of the greatest traders of all time. It's like, my online goal. I really do hope to get this position, but I won't be greedy. ;3
