Sorry but COPPA'd users cannot apply unless they have sent in their permission slip. They need to be able to post on the forums and help users.
And you need over 300 posts, 207 isn't enough.

What date did you register as a CS member?: I had to make another account (Long story, nick knows.) I was joined in early '10 on my other account.
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 605 plus this one.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? 7 Days a week.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Pretty much the whole time until my computer time is over!
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?) I would consider myself a very good trade person.
Why do you want to be a General Helper? I think there's people who really want to help CS and I have a desire for that job. I like to hear thank you's and see people relieved from their problems quickly and easily. I think I could help the site of CS to have happy newbies and people to help the fustrated and sad. Please consider me! I really want to show CS how much I have to offer!

its already been answered. if you have an old account and cant access it anymore, they look at your new accounts join date. so you wouldnt be able to apply, sorry.

yes, it still counts. on the account .hazelnut. you joined March of this year, and that is what they will look at in your application. Unless you have access to the other account which you probably shouldnt, you dont qualify, sorry.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required): I can speak English, Spanish, and I speak sign language, but that wouldn't be too helpful; I will be learning French as well as I'm switching languages in HS. I also love helping my friends and other artists manage threads and keep spam down and answer questions. I have a very relaxed personality and never seem to snap when people ask me questions over and over again.
Why do you want to be a General Helper? I love Chicken Smoothie and the users on this site and I love to give my help to CS whenever possible. I feel this position would be an excellent way to help out. I also want the new members to feel as welcome and as at home as possible on this site, like I did. I hope my presence and assistance would lead to more members staying on CS and becoming more active. Also, by helping more members I hope to gain more friends and meet more people. (:

Pretty much every day, but it's not always consistent. On average, 5 days a week.

Honestly.. I have no idea. I could spend as little as five minutes, on and off throughout the day up to 4 hours. So not really sure. Mainly I log on for short or mediumlength periods of time throughout the day c:

I don't mind being asked questions over aned over, however simple or complex they are
I'm generally pretty patient, not perfect of course, but if I do get annoyed I don't get harsh or rude when answering questions, and like to help out, even if Ido get annoyed or frustrated. :3
I'm understanding and not judgy, and will do whatever I can to keep things peaceful!
I am shy, though less on the internet, so I understand when people might be nervous to post, or too shy toask questtions.

Because I love CS, love helping out, and I was nervous, hesitant and shy at first but was totally welcomed! I remember people were more than willing to answer questions or help out, even thouh now I know they were probably asked hundreds of times. Also, I remember when the first Newbie Helper apps were being accepted I was so excited, because I knew that would be the one forum thing O'd want to apply for. I'll admit I'd be a horrible mod, I feel so bad about enforcing rules and all of

4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?: I'm online at least once within each hour. Depending on how many PM's I have and how many fourm replies I make depends each time I get online. Sometimes I'm on for 5 minutes and sometimes I'm online for a few hours.

Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?) I answer questions in the fourm everyday. I know some French but I'm still learning. I've helped settle many arguments and I love to help people! I've taken some counseling classes at my school so helping people is like second nature to me. I also know the trade-value of just about every pet on CS. I hang around the "CS Suggestions and Problems" and the "Introductions" fourm alot.
6.Why do you want to be a General Helper?: Becoming a General Helper has been a goal of mine for a while now. I love to help new and old members. I've been on CS long enough to know just about everything about the site.

In my group of friends I am the 'peer mediator'. I resolve all of the little fights, and do my best with the larger ones. They count on me to always bring us all back together. I am patient if someone dosen't understand, and I don't remember the last time I've snapped at someone. The first thing I do when I join a club or web site is read the rules. I re-read them if I don't understand. Then, if someone stumbles upon my path who hasn't, I tell them what they could do better next time. I believe these things stand out in my personality and make my attitude General-Helper like.

6.Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I want to be a General Helper because there are many people joining CS all the time. I want people to see the me and ask me the thing on thier mind. I try to give them my best answer, and if they still don't understand, I explain it more. I always try to be kind, considerate, and helpful.When I cancell a trade, I try to leave a message saying why, and how they coukd improve their future trades. I try not to pester people and I make up for it if I do. I respect others and myself and act sincerely. I know lots about CS and love it and it's members. I dearly want to help Chicken Smoothie and will always do my best. I am used to working with newbies from participating on a few other web sites. I remember when I was one, but I was welcomed dearly and treated like a friend. I want to return this favor.

6. Why do you want to be a General Helper? I have been on CS for a long time and I know everything about it. I want to help others when they don't know what to do or where something is. I can answer people's questions and I want to be able to distribute help to others. I am patient and and can answer the same question over again if people need to me. I can explain every little detail if they need it
