Around 7:40, when B said he would show up, I see him getting a drink outside the party room. There are many other water fountains closer to him, so I know he was only using that one as an excuse to look for me. (We were supposed to hang out, but still!) Anyways, seeing him getting a drink holding his longboard in his hand makes me get all happy. Then next time, he sits in some seats near the party room, waiting for me to come out. He moves into closer seats, and sees everybody dancing. However, this one grandmother was teaching us an old-fashioned country dance. (Remember this!) Then, time goes on. I try to get outside to talk to him, but I can't just leave the birthday party to talk to a friend. So, I convince everybody to play hide and seek outside, planning on talking to him then. But, the parents say there's nowhere to hide and don't let us try. Later that night, I see him leave. I still wasn't out of the party.
When I get home, I asked, "How long were you waiting for me?" He didn't say how long (I was guessing from around 7:40 to around 9:10) but said, "I was waiting for you outside the party room. Why didn't you come say hi or even invite me in?" I felt HORRIBLE! Then I explain I'm really sorry and I tried. His response was, "So you were dancing to something?
" It cheered me up, and I'm glad he understood. I told him I could hang out today, and he said he'd try to come. Then, he said, "It'll take a while because of my fractured ribs, but I'll hold it in." He is so sweet! I didn't even know his ribs were fractured, he just told me they were wrapped in gauze and felt stiff. He couldn't show up, though, most likely because of his step-dad. I'm sure we'll hang out soon, though.
(So, this chapter in the novel included: "The boy waits all alone for an hour and a half, waiting for the girl to come out of the party to see him. However, he has to go, upset he didn't see her. When they talk later on, he's upset, she apologizes and feels bad, explaining she did her best, then he makes a joke and cheers her up. The next day, they were supposed to hang out. He was going to ride his longboard half a mile up a steep hill with fractured ribs from being hit by a truck just to see her and the girl's friend he's in love with. However, the girl he loves wasn't supposed to get back from vacation until the next day. So, it was all just to see the one girl. But, his step-dad keeps him from leaving, keeping the two apart. They will see each other soon: the girl, the boy, and the girl who is loved by the boy but knows the girl likes the boy and is going to try to help her get him. To be continued..." I'll report back tomorrow, if I hear from him or anything. I hope we hang out!)
:O love it!!!!!

I know how tough it can be. You could have a friend come with you for comfort or to back you up (etc.) when you go. But you do all the talking

My friend said shell come with me. I'm just afraid ill chicken out and put him off me for ever and he's so nice id hate myself if I didn't ask him.

Aww he waited for you. <3 Can't wait to hear more!
Hello everyone! I am back for the summer since I have nothing to do over the span of my two month summer vacation!
I am searching for some semi-lit roleplays to take part in to keep me amused over the time. I won't be on every single waking moment although (like I used to) because I do have a little bit of a social life this summer (surprise, surprise!).

I know all about the online predators and stuff, but then again I do know what this guy looks like and i'm friends with him on FB. All i'm going to say on the matter of talking to someone online is be cautious at first. You don't know them, and before you can really say you like them you have to know who your really talking to.
I met P through a friend of mine, and even though hes online [For now] he hasn't asked me to date him or anything so that's also a good sign that he isn't a creeper xD.
But don't online date, its pointless and not at all fun. [Have done it before not ashamed to say it] but its really not even like your dating them if you online date cause you don't see them.
Anyways! Daily Question...-
I don't know why but P reminds me of a fox xD I guess its cause hes funny, and very curious all the time :3
Online dating is most certainly not pointless. If you think of it that way, then it simply just didn't work out for you.
I met my current boyfriend online, we know what each other looks like, we go on cam together, and we talk on the phone every night. We are happier with our long distance relationship than most people with a 'Real Life' one, and we have been together for just about two years. I couldn't be more in love with this man, and as soon as he graduates, we're going to meet up and possibly move in together.
Online dating is perfectly safe if you know the things you need to know. Real life dating can be just as dangerous, if not even more. It all depends on your common sense and finding out what's important. So, don't discourage someone from having one. Encourage them to be safe and figure out the person first.
Ahh I didn't mean it like that xD Sorry if I offended you. Its just not worth online dating if all you do it type to the person. If you have a web cam and you can talk over that, then by all means go for it. But if your just simply typing things to each other all the time then I don't see the point in it, but then again that's just me.
