can't, it's that I don't want to. That's why they're "bait" pets.
I know that "baiting" people sounds mean, but it seriously does not affect the vast majority of people that I trade with.
The only people who this rule would filter out are (a) very young people (who I don't block if I know for sure that they didn't understand my rules); (b) people who speak other languages (who I don't block), and (c) greedy traders or mean people (who I really want to block, and this test is a good way of finding out who those people are).
