Yes you can. If someone breaks a rule within a post, click the exclamation point next to the "quote" button. If they broke a rule in their signature, or something not in a post, you can still report a post but explain what rule they broke and where OR you can always PM a moderator.

Thank you, and welcome to ChickenSmoothie! The Medieval Faire is actually new, something that hasn't been done before. However, we do have events such as this one, particularly around Halloween and Easter. As long as you know the basics and know the rules, you can explore the forums. ^^ There's a lot that goes on every day from competitions to auctions and trading and all kinds of general chat in between (along with some games ;3). As for your question, there isn't really a search for that. You can go to the monthly swap threads, but you can also go to the trade board or you can check the online list (on the bottom of the forum's home page) and pick people at random. By trading with these random people, you can see if they may have a pet that you're looking for. It helps to build up trade fodder too (pets you're willing to trade). Being new, you may get cheated out of a pet, so it's good to use the Is This A Fair Trade thread.

You can also search for wishlist pets if you have your wishlist filled up with pets you want!
All you have to do is edit the trade and it'll be the last thing you'll find. It'll say 'Pets on your wishlist' (Something like that. x3)
Remember to keep the trade fair if the wishlist pet you want is rare and from a different year! C:

Exactly like Toki said, the Medieval Faire is new. When you explore the forums, when you go to the bottom of the page, there may be a button! If you click it, it'll give you a item or pet. You'll have to wait an hour though before finding another banner. (The hour time is new, since I think the usual time is 30 minutes.)
The banners only appear in events though, like Halloween or Easter.
Once the event is over, the tokens you still have, you can still keep, but they can be no longer used. c:

Just like what Topaz said. There are two boxes, one that sends the trade so the user can accept, then the other lets the user edit, but they can't accept. ;)
