Shadekit looked at his sister and rolled his eyes at her, he padded quickly after Rushingkit. Sitting around and doing nothing wasnt going to make Rushingkit or the others happier like Fawnkit thinks. He went into the medicine den, his tail waving from side to side. "Rushingkit do you want to play with me and Fawnkit?" He asked, eyes shining. He would like to play with someone else other than his sister for once, Fawnkit could get boring sometimes.

Rushingkit looked at Shadekit and then though for a moment. Well it couldn't hurt could it? He doesn't understand yet, about it. Rushingkit looked at Shadekit and smiled at the liveiness in his eyes. "Well maybe one game couldn't hurt," she mewed. Even though she was still hurt, she could heal...it'd take a long time, but she would heal. She had to.

Shadekit felt triumph rush over him, Fawnkit would be glad that he atleast got her to play. "Come on!" He purred, turning around and leaving the medicine den, looking behind him to make sure Rushingkit was following. He knew Rushingkit was way older than him, so he tried thinking of a game that she might enjoy.

Rushingkit saw Shadekit stop and think and the way he looked made her giggle silently. She gave a purr and mewed "How about we play 'Jump cat'?" She asked. "You don't know it yet, but it's really easy. All you have to do is this-" she mewed and then she spun around and leaped through the air. When she landed she padded back over to Shadekit. "It's not hard at all, just be careful of where your leaping."

"Thats so cool!" Shadekit said, his eyes wide. He swished his tail and crouched down, getting ready to try and jump like Rushingkit did. He growled with determination, he spun around, making himself dizzy as he stumbled sideways, crashing into Rushingkit and making her fall over. He shook his head as he re-focused his sight and saw he had pushed her onto the ground. "Oops," He mewed, feeling a bit ashamed that he had forgot to jump, and made Rushingkit fall.

Rushingkit shook out her pelt and got to her paws. "It's alright, try again." she mewed. "I'm fine, not hurt at all." she mewed turning in a circle to show him. "It'll take more than a silly ol' mouse-brained kit to take me down," she teased. But the pain was still there, but her eyes were getting brighter.

Shadekit smirked at her joke. He backed away so he wouldnt run into anyone else as he spun and leapt into the air, trying to keep his balance as he landed. He stumbled and fell on his side, only to get back up again. "That was great!" He laughed, his eyes unfocused, when he spun around everything was a blur, and it was weird when he jumped but it almost felt like he was flying.

"Slow down tiger," Rushingkit mewed and placed a paw on his shoulder. She glanced over at where her mother's body still lay. "Shadekit, why don't you go back into the nursery for a bit? I-i gotta do something first." she mewed and then padded over to her mother's body. She stared at it with a heavy heart and then she curled up beside it. Thank you Cloudsong she thought.

Hollowkit blinked. "Lied? What are you blabbering about?"

"Ok," Shadekit replied, trying to keep the disappointment in his mew unheard. He watched as Rushingkit went to lay by her mom, who was still laying in the camp. He turned his head away and ran to the nursery, slipping inside and going over to Fawnkit, hoping she wasnt asleep so he could show her the new game Rushingkit taught him.
