I felt bad for GLaDOS. I didn't want to push the button that transfered them together but if I didn't, then I'd just be stuck there until I rotted to death.

Oh and I still feel bad about falling for the "GLaDOS emergency shut down and cake dispenser" gag.

yeah, the turret opera sings a song that seems to be sung by a mother to her daughter.
To that's just more hint that Caroline could be Chells mother. 'Cause I don't see how else the turrets should get the idea to sing such a song.^^

Yeah, it's definitely something that is hinted at but never confirmed. I'm guessing it's true, but we may never know for sure.

I don't think that Valve will ever confirm or negate anything we guess about Chells family or other unclear parts of the game.
After all, why should they? I guess they know that it's more fun for the fans to think of those things themselves They're too busy making hats and figuring out how to count

As soon as they learn how to count to three... then video game fans everywhere will rejoice. Though I just love Portal, don't care for Half-life or Left4Dead.

It's too bad that Valve can't count 3 TT___TT Chell's story is NOT over yet. Maybe Wheatley falls to space in her house, maybe there was happened something outside and Chell can't live there or something.
