Pound pets you got

Actually I checked that Zebra before the pound opened and the owner who had it still had their account. It appeared to me that the owner gave the zebra to the pound. They had another one in their signature.

aww...that's sweet of them.

Actually...If a member has their pets taken away, their names -stay- on the pet. Whenever they're donated, the name transfers into "Pound's Pet."

For example: When kittyhello147 was banned for arguing over a custom pet was her's or not, and she was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was lying to try to get it by both Nick and Tess, -all- of her pets (Around 1500) were sent to the pound. Her downfall is shown here if you care to see.

To prove this, here's a one of her pets...

As you can see, it's in the actual pound itself. And, if you look at the link, it says "Given to kittyhello147 by: kittyhello147"

That's what you see when it's yanked from a person. In the case of a pet being donated, you see this...

And it will read: "Given to Pound by: firefox_dark23"

And if an account is deleted, as in a member deleting their account by choice, it will keep the 'Pound' name in the title and will read "Given to Pound by: Deleted account #(fill in their code)" Sorry, but it would take too long find an example.

But there -are- generous people out there who gift, and a lot, and wonderful pets. But...in the case of the Zebra, she severely broke the rules and it was rightfully taken from her. So word of warning, they're serious about no double accounts!

I noticed a little late that the Pound is open, so I just got this. I have been trying to get it by adoption centers but no luck. Now I got it so I'm happy!

But there -are- generous people out there who gift, and a lot, and wonderful pets. But...in the case of the Zebra, she severely broke the rules and it was rightfully taken from her. So word of warning, they're serious about no double accounts!

Just to complete the story the person who got the zebra traded it to Redbriar who was innocent in knowing how it was obtained. When Tess found out the trade was cancelled and Redbriar had to send the zebra to the pound.

yep, i got my sorbet from the pound, and she was taken away from the owner because when i adopted her it said golden birds pet at the bottom instead of blue9833s pet.

That is kinda sad but at least she got her pets back. That would totally stink if she didn't.
