hannah decided to leave reviving the boy to Timber as she focused on cleaning Thompson's wounds and bandaging him up.
After all, he was rather badly injured from the stronger demon.

Ciel opened his eyes and winced when the light hit his eyes. He frowned and his his face in a pillow after grumbling something. He coughed and tried to go back to sleep.

Alois' body was motionless. Without a soul he was nothing. timber was now in possession of that soul and Thompson should be waking soon, hopefully before Claude.
Alois was nothing but a shell.

Timber looked at Thompson. He was worried. He had no idea what to do about it... He looked at the ring. He was very tempted to put it back on the young boy.
But, he wouldn't remember anything. And Claude would return it...

Hannah pointed out.
"if you don't use the ring now then all of this will have been for nothing."

Timber looked at Hannah. "Master doesn't remember Ciel as a friend," he said with a frown.
"If we just help, we can help the boy and Master," he said with a frown.
"We could get the soul back and help Ciel," he said and looked at Hannah.

"Considering what Claude is planning to do wit the soul that would be next to impossible. Fine, if you don't want the master back."
She turned her back to him and simply left the room.
No. If he didn't want the master back then she wasn't willing to stand around with him. She and Thompson had gotten injured for nothing.
