"No. She hates everyone." Nny replied and tensed up even more when Chimere picked up the pace to match his, staying next to him. He looked down at his feet, trying his hardest to pretend she didn't exist.

"And I thought I was the only one," Chimere muttered, noticing Nny's change in behavior, his sudden tenseness. "Hey, what's wrong?" she asked as kindly as she could, a look of worry crossing her face.

Johnny glanced up at her for just a second, then shrugged, "Nothing." He lied and looked back down at the ground.

"You speak in riddles and lies. Seriously! What's wrong?" Chimere asked, nudging Nny slightly with a wing. Mortals have such odd little mood-swings. One minute, they think they are gods, and the next, they're contemplating killing themselves!

Johnny blushed and shied away from the touch, "But I didn't use any riddles..." He mumbled to himself, then spoke up, "Um, I'll be fine in a while."

"You're a human. To me, you speak in riddles," Chimere responded as kindly as she could, wondering why Nny had shied away. "Just so long as you're okay."

(WHEEE!)

"O-okay." Nny studdered and thought about the worst bodies he had seen, the more decomposed ones, while trying to keep the image of Chimere scantily clad out of his mind. He was sure she would be able to pick up on that, and that would end up with him either dead, insane, or worse. Plus he didn't like thinking of things that reminded him he was human.

Chimere was not, in fact, anywhere Nny's thoughts. She was instead immersed in her own head, trying to figure out why she wasn't feeling the urge to pin the maniac to the ground and tear his soul out through his chest. Must be some spell or curse I have no knowledge of. she thought, throwing a sidelong glance at Nny. Of course, he doesn't look like he could do a d*mn thing with any forms of dark magic I know of, and I haven't had the urge to devour his soul at any time. Surely an enchantment like that would have worn off by now....

Once Nny got to the freaky kid's house (spotting it in a second, thanks to the electric "fences" around the front yard) he started to relax. He simply slammed the door open, some odd purple-haired girl not even giving him a glance. Said kid ran down the stairs, but looked way too terrified of Chimere to try and stop him from going up to the kids room. He didn't have any people to torture, and he was full of people meat...What to do, what to do...

Following Nny silently, Chimere looked around her curiously, seeing the entire house for essentially the first time. Recognizing the little human that had tried to experiment on her, she snarled at him, narrowing her scarlet eyes. Deciding that he wasn't worth the time to torture, she tried to get an idea of what to do from Nny's mind. Unfortunately for her and Nny, she stumbled across what Nny was trying to hide....
