Greykit woke to the soft heartbeats of his sister and mother and let out a soft, raspy purr. He stood shakily for a moment before flopping onto his side, frustrated he tried again before giving up. Since his eyes had opened he had been struggling to stand, to show that he was the best and make everyone proud. Each failure only made him more determined.

Icepaw: Setting her resolve, she pads slowly into the apprentice's den, and looks around for Bearpaw, curled up in his nest. He slowly walks over, and curls into her own nest, which was located next to his.

MossStar: she sighs, still in her den. She didn't know how to react to the sudden revelation of Smokecloud's feelings for her.

Ravenflight- He had fallen asleep next to Goldencloud in the nursery, his chest rising and falling with each, deep breath. Dreams filled his mind as he slept, his whiskers twitching every once and a while

Smokecloud- After shooting a last glance up at Mossstar, he dissapeared again into the shade, lieing down to eat his vole

Greykit took a deep breath before trying again this time though he managed to stay on his paws with a small mew of triumph he took a few shaky steps and bumped into ravenflights side. Wanting desperately to show someone his accomplishment, Greykit gave him a soft nip on his paw.

Ravenflight- Feeling the nip on his paws, he yawned and blinked a few times before looking at Greykit, "Great job Greykit" He purred, trying to to wake Goldencloud. With a rasp of his tongue, he licked the young kits forehead gently

Greykit smirked, overcome with joy at the attention.

Goldencloud woke with a start "what is it?" she mewed sleepily, then, seeing greykit she smiled and gave him a gentle lick. "your my big boy" she purred.

Silverkit woke to the sound of her mothers voice "what abouwt me?" she whined as she struggled to stand.

Bearpaw flicked his tail as Icepaw laid next him. He curled up into a tigher ball.

Ravenflight- He let out a raspy purr, "Your a big girl to. Putting his muzzle under her belly, he pulled up a bit, helping the young she-kit to stand. "You got it" He murmered and still held his muzzle under her

Greykit looked at his sister "cowme on wou can dwo it!" he cheered.

Silverkit looked at her brother and, with wobbly legs, took the few steps to stand beside him.

Goldencloud purred "such big kits," she sighed happily
