Ingo heard Indigo's words, now responsability fell on her. That was a scary prospect, but something Ingo was determined to manage. "Right, Emerald, make sure when you load a cannon, you load one that could actually hit the ship directly," she said first, there no real point loading ones on the other sides, as they wouldn't hit the other boat.

Rodney ran over to Melody. "Did you help Sonja? Is everything ok? Siorry I left you in hide and seek," he said all in rush, he'd got a little bit frazzled and over excited by the sight of the new boat.

Betty came soon after, but she letthe young boy do all the talking.

Emerald nodded and took aim. she closed one eye and made esure it was a direct hit. She waited for the order.

"Come on!" said Melody, grabbing Rodney's wrist and steering him forcefully towards the infirmary. "If she wakes up in the middle of the battle, we'll have to tie her up to stop her from getting on deck. She'd be killed for certain if we didn't keep her leashed up until she's healed." The young girl glanced past the boy and up at Betty, staring for a moment before grabbing her arm, too. "Come on!"

Indigo drew her sword and held it outstretched to her left, waiting until Calico Jack's ship was at point-blank. It was a game of chicken, now. Would he slam into her ship headlong? Indigo wasn't about to wait and find out. "Fire!" she screamed, sweeping her sword across to point at the Kingston. Anything fired from her cannons couldn't possibly miss, unless the cannonade was a complete idiot.

Jack jumped as indigo yelled and placed the ember on the fuse. He watched as the end of it sparked to life and sizzled down to the cannon. He made the mistake of standing behind it and not covering his ears. When the cannon fired everything was suddenly a blur. He was on the ground with a high pitched ringing in his ears and the wind was completely knocked out of him. "Did I hit it." he coughed as he sat up.

"Judging by the flames and the yelling," replied Indigo as she grabbed the back of Jack's tunic and hauled him to his feet, "I'd say yes." She let go of him and yelled, "Fire again! Keep blasting them until they're out of range, then ready the grappling hooks to board! We want whatever they've got before she sinks!"

Jack smiled at the fact that he had hit the ship, then again it wasn't that hard of a target. Jack loaded one more round and fired it not making the same mistakes as last time.

Emerald fired the first one,covering her ears before she lit the fuse. It went a little too far but it hit the center of their deck. She fired the next one and cheered. It fell up a little short but landed on one of their canons. She quickly loaded another and waited for the next order.
