How I determined who owns who:
The first person to say that they actually own/kidnapped/claimed/stalked a character got them. NOT the first person that said they loved them.

ki-neko animura called Draco first with the claim: "I have Draco locked in my basement. lol"

The Only Exception got Fred with the claim: "Same! I pretty much was Fred's stalker." and "DON'T TOUCH MY DIRT! FRED!"

Vampire_Nightmare got George with the request: "i want First Dibs on George Weasley plz"

R.A.B. got Teddy with the declaration: "I <3 my Teddy bear! XD" and many others akin to that :P

ki-neko animura got Albus Severus with the claim: "Though little albus was adooooooorable!!!! I call dibs on him too."

So far, no one has officially called Snape... WHO WANTS HIM???
