/start rant/ I. hate. the. people. who. cannot. come. up. with. a. backstory. I mean seriously, how hard is it to think up a history for your character, even if it's just "___ led a normal life. Parents. one sibling." ! Also the people who always have to have sob stories. I'm guilty of doing it myself, but I'm care not to make it over dramatic or have my character make a big deal out of it. I want to roleplay my Soul Eater fanfic, which has taken my muse.
But I doubt anyone would want to roleplay specific events with specific canons. And specific events. And some n00b would try and join and make X end up with Z with X was ment to end up with Y, or the fanfic will be messed up.
Ya know.

Yeah, the only series that people love to RP it seems is warriors. I've had complaints about me not letting someone from the storyline fall in love with someone's oc. I have to explain to them that the the charrie from the storyline is A) already in love with someone from the storyline, and B) They would hate your character. T_T

And OC is an original character. It's like when you make an RP based off a book but don't use the cannon characters. It's used a lot when people make fanfictions with their book/movie crush and some random character they made up falls in love with them. (Guilty)

I know.
And then there's always that one person who comes in and ruins everything by making everyone distracted. And if you don't reply and just ignore them, they threaten to report you.

Rant:: About two months back, I was in this teen romance RPG, and this new person comes in and types as if they are MY character. I was like :-sweatdrop- Um, excuse my language, but who in the SPRONK are you ?" And they kept roleplaying my character and saying that I gave it to them.
Thankfully, the owner cleared everything up.

I have been seeing a LOT of Invader Zim RPs lately. I just cannot figure out how anyone could possibly make that work.

Rant: When warrior's RPs start as

"You are padding through the forest and suddenly a she-cat tackles you. You are stunned my her majestic beautiy and gently-ruffling purple pelt. "Hello, I am Suestar." The beautiful she-cat mews down at you. "You're a loner, and I love letting mysterious loners join Sueclan. Would you like to join?" Of COURSE you know exactly what she's talking about, even though you're a loner. In fact, you were on Sueclan territory with the explicit intentions of joining. You nodd as she gets off of you and you skip through flowers back to Sueclan!"

Okay, so my character {this is Warriors so be prepared for terms B3} was talking to the Leader and another Warrior. The Leader sent my charrie to get two others for a patrol, so he took off to get the Apprentice first and the Warrior second. Well, the other Warrior my charrie was supposed to fetch got up and went over to them {which I had asked the RPer to do on a chat}, but they assumed my character was still over there, which he was not. Again, someone else posted their character getting up and going over to where everyone else is {I freaking started a trend -.-} and said that my character was there as well, when yet again, he is not -.-

Come on, people, LEARN WHERE EVERYONE ELSE IS Dx
