Julio Maestas
Nodding once the realization struck that she was waiting to see if she had gotten it right. "Si, bien." he said smiling. Then, shifting a bit, Julio decided that she had given her try at speaking Spanish, he may as well give a shot as his English. "Uh, um..Sport? You sport?" he asked, attempting to ask her of the sport she was to participate in. Rubbing his temples to think, Julio looked up. "What sport..You play?" he asked once again, a little better this time.

{emily | fitzgerald}
{america | seventeen | aquatics}
Emily grinned when he let her know she was right, tilting her head as he started to speak. She caught onto his drift on his second try, flashing him a thumbs up on the third. "Yeah. I play, uh...I dunno how to say it in Spanish," she muttered, trying to think of how to label her sports on the foreign language.
"In agua, yeah? That's as far as I can go with Spanish. But, uh, I surf and I swim."
She laughed at her own stupidity, knowing that it must've been equally hard for him to understand her as it had been the other way around. At least he was good natured - if she was stuck with a bratty traveler, it would have likely ruined the bus ride. Luckily, though, she hadn't, and Emily was happy to listen to Julio. After a moment, she realized she'd been rude, and she quickly spluttered, "But, uh, what do you...uh, jugar?"
She laughed softly a second time, making herself a mental note to look up some simple Spanish phrases once she got to the hotel. Perhaps they'd come in handy when communicating with other countries, as well.

[[just going to start from getting on the bus if that's okay?]]
.//.Annie.\\.
Annie stared at what seemed like the millions of people who seperated her and the other Olympic competitors from the bus. She fought her way through the crowd, trying to keep an emotionless expression on her face and her eyes unreadable. On the bus, she made sure she sat alone. She strapped her seatbelt, pushed the hood of her black hoodie over her head and put her hands in her pockets, leaning her head against the back of the velvet seat. She stared out of the window at the crowd that was still there while waiting for the bus to depart. Looking around, she saw some competitors that had found friends, or were atleast talking to them. Being as shy as she was, Annie hoped that her bad reputation kept up and no one would go to her. Her dark brown-red eyes closed as she sighed, listening to the mutters of people on the bus and screams of fans outside.
She heard a Spanish boy and a girl talking; the girl seemingly not knowing much of the boy's language. How long will it take for this thing to start? she thought almost angrily. Opening her eyes again, she stared down at her legs, which she swung back and forth, avoiding the backs of the chairs infront of her. This is going to be a long day, Annie thought. A very long day.

:II Kohaku II:
Kohaku startled out of his thoughts at the sound of her voice. He turned to stare at her incredously. "Rin-kun?" He said, his voice quiet a mildly surprised. He felt his heart kick up another knotch. "O genkidesu ka?" He asked, speaking his and her native tongue.
(( Gah.. Gomen imouto. I didn't mean to make it so... short... Just a bit brain dead right now. ))

.+Rin Mori+.
Rin sighed, swinging her legs slightly and dumping her bag down next to her feet. "Genki desu," she replied, her voice sounding tired as she rested her head back. Beneath the chattering all across the bus, she heard the soft rumble of its motors coming to life. She opened her eyes to observe the lights of London mirroring themselves on the Tames River's waters, the city shining like a constellation of stars pinned down to the Earth. The streets started to flas by as the bus took turn after turn. She became conscious of the heavy silence that had fallen between them, and cleared her throat in an attempt to make the situation less awkward that she knew was doomed to fail. "Tomorrow afternoon are the judo matches," she stated simply.

:II Kohaku II:
Kohaku nodded. "Hai."He said, his voice quieter now. He shifted slightly and he remembered what he had been thinking about before Rin had come over. He turned his eyes back to the black haired boy that seemed so much like his brother from behind. "Rin... I have a favor to ask. Onegai... Can you tell me whether or not that boy over their looks like me?" He asked, his voice slightly strained.

- I'm sorry I didn't, well, actually couldn't get on earlier. I have camp during the day, and I can't get home until around six normally. So, thanks for putting Shooting at 8pm. xD I'm just gonna start with Magma getting on the bus.
Magdalene
Magdalene pushed her red and white hoodie over her head, keeping her face down as she pushed her way towards the buses. Too many people... she thought with a scowl. She wasn't good with people, which was one of the main reasons she liked shooting so much. No teamwork there, unless you're a sniper. Accounting for wind speed and direction her butt.
She shoved her arm between the bus' clear doors right before the slid shut, shoving her hood back from her face to reveal a messy ponytail of dyed black hair and a pair of stunning green eyes. "I think you're forgetting someone a bit important, eh?" she asked the bus driver, cracking him a smug grin. He rolled his eyes as she climed on and took a seat in the back corner, across from Rin and Kohaku.

.//.Annie.\\.
Annie looked forward as the engine on the bus started. She knew of one other English competitor, Devin, and inside she wished to know the other English girl. She shrugged to herself and rested her head on her hand, her red hair falling out of her hood and onto her shoulders. She glanced to the other side of the bus. The two seats opposite her were empty. She wondered whether it was the bad reputation or just conveniently empty seats. Annie shrugged to herself again and sighed, listening to but not understanding the two Japanese competitors' conversation.

Elissa
Elissa sighed, tucking a strand of wavy blond hair behind her ear as she trooped her way onto the bus, guitar case at her side and suitcase trailing behind her. Her cheeks were flushed a soft pink, after the uphill battle of fighting her way through the relentless crowd. Honestly, she couldn't think of anything that would make her happier than just getting to the hotel where she could relax. Moving back a few sits, she dropped herself down, hauling her suitcase and guitar case out of the aisle along with her. Looking around, her soft eyes traveled over many different people, clearly from different countries. At this, she found herself smiling; it wasn't often that this happened, having all these cultures in one spot. Once in a lifetime... Just like her chance of winning this. Distantly, she caught snippets of conversations, but her focus on everyone around her slipped away as she pulled out her guitar, running her fingers of the strings once, twice, three times... A song began to emanate from her lips, quietly mind you, as she strummed, the tune of "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw filling the bus.
