[center]LEGEND OF THE WINGED CATS
Once in a science lab, some cats had their DNA mixed with that of a bird, and electro magnet parts. This created a weird species of Chibi winged cats. They escaped into the wild and bread with normal cats. Occasionaly we pick up one of their decendents and put them up for adoption. These are accesivly rare and sought after. They can't fly but they can glide from tree to tree

RULES FOR FORMS:
don't just say for history, walked out of dustbin and I found it. I want at least 1 paragraph
if a cat is already adopted, don't apply for it

Can I be a mod?
NO! Not unless there is a form at the top of the page for you to fill in.

Can I be an artist here?
NO! If I need an artist, it will be for the breeding centre. I will ask you if I want to hire you

can I edit my form?
yes, of course. As long as you don't change the name and gender, edit away.

Can I have free fish/items?
No. Not unless I know you in real life, so that is only two people, and you know who you are.
SOMETIMES: There will be contests for his stuff.

Are the cats here free?
yes, everything is free except items. The reason they are free is because I don't own the lines.

Why Do I pay for items if you didn't draw them?
HOLD UP GUYS! I did draw the items, that is why you pay for item currency. The item line and designs were done by me.

can you reserve me a cat from the litter?
No. It makes it unfair to others waiting

Will there ever be an RP?
Yes. I am happy to announce, I am seriously thinking about making one

history: I was walking home from school, it was raining, as usual so i decided to take the quick route down the alleys and snickets. i walked at a steady pace watching as drops of water fell from the tips of my umbrella suddenly i heard a noise behind me so i stopped, thats when i felt it, somthing soft but wet rubbing against my legs, i looked down and was suprised to see a cat, its fur dripping with water. i shook my head at him and began to walk on to my suprise he walk with me using my umbrella as shelter eventually i got to my house and he was still with me, i couldnt bare to leave him out in the rain so inside he came... and never left.
personality: Drip is playful and sweet but loves to have his own way and will meow and whine till he does.
