I'd say it's overpay with the C$, only because I think what they're offering in pets is worth more than 175 C$, and the rat is supposedly worth a Balloon dog, which is worth 475 C$.
I'd say get another opinion, though, as I'm not entirely certain on the worth of those pets, except the 3 bunnies are worth 1 mid advents each. Or, so I've heard.

The rat is worth a green or yellow toxic ^^

For the first one, even if you removed the PPS it would still be a little unfair to the toxic but it would be fairer than with the PPS.

The second one is quite unfair to you.

And the third one is pretty fair
