Well i got yelled at for using the same name,it wasn't unique and yet they threatened to report me.There is no such thing as name theft

What name did you "steal"?

A wolf called Timber but it really bugged me that she was just going to keep bothering me because this wasn't on CS it was on Marapets and the person had apparantly been using her for years

Timber? I'm sorry but I'm sure that name is more than well taken for over several years. Timber wolves anyone? I'm pretty certain that back in the day there was only elfwood as an art site there were many Timbers running around. Sad that happened to you on marapets; use to be on that site, can't stand it now.
As my previous rant also explained. One can not copy right even a simple name, even by law.
