Sorry if I write so big but I post it more and I will overlook!

Id say its close to fair but rats are less favoured so maybe another rare add for the dog cuz the dog advents are sorry more than rats

I'd say unfair to the rat side, because of the 08 rat. Even if rats are less favored then dogs, it's unfair for the rats.

I've heard the Grinner is worth any September (except any Rose Dog unless it's a Purple Grinner), and a Grinner is worth two middle-class Advents. Both the two PPS's are middle class advents, so the trade I think would be fair enough? Get another opinion though.
