Luna tilted her head to the side. "You had a foster father?" She asked, a little surprised since she figured Skye... Well she just figured he didn't have a family of any sort. She said nothing about the 'dear to be' part. Luna shifted her weight from one foot and another, trying to quiet or still. Of course she couldn't just keep still. Luna needed to run and not be pent up. Even if this was outside she wanted to leave and have the thrill of danger again. Luna finally sat down, in a attempt to squash those feelings. She needed to be patient right now. She rested her head on her hands, heavy-lidded, stating she was rather bored. She finally started to twirl her her finger around a lock of silver hair. Luna yawned, yet again showing she was rather tired of this.
Ren couldn't answer yet. Instead he pushed his muscles, making them scream at him to stop. Ren tried to calm his breathing, but he could feel the burn in his throat that you got when you ran fast without stopping. Ren tightened his grip, his expression was rather grave, but otherwise he showed no signs of sadness. Ren tried not to glance at Mayia, that wouldn't be good. After a while of running he slowed his pace, just a little. And after that he slowed to a stop, he was now huffing. Ren was stalling in every possible way he could. Ren hung his head down as he slowly set Mayia to the ground. He avoided her all together, looking anywhere but her.
