It's an item Malk made for hers. It was on the nose as a horn before it grew.

what are the new colours for the dragons

If Malk is following the books there are:

Male Dragons: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, Red, Blue, White, Black or scaleless with gray skin/hide.

Female Dragons scales are Green, although sometimes a different color, such as one of the leaders who is white.

It'll be totaly random. You can get the same color two month in a row, or have a new color per month for 4 month.
