Now there's shaded greys for easier lock alpha coloring, separated one layer per part (fur, skin, hair, etc.)

...though I sort of derped on the shading. I don't understand lock alpha, lol, but you can create a new layer with the same lock alpha and then overlay the color on.

The background is very simple, but it's a little something.
