Willow looked over at Lance and gave him a small smile. "I am doing well today thank you." she said in a friendly voice. "How about you? How are you doing?" She asked him politely.

Ivory had never been quite sure what to make of the younger Knight. He seemed quite solitary and independant, and Ivory felt out of place when he attempted to form a friendship Erik. He wasn't sure what it was. But, there was one thing he wanted to know. "Erik, have you met with the King lately?"

"Pretty good, thank you," Lance said with a light smile. But it faded when he realized he wasn't as formal as she seemed to be. He ruffled up his hair with one hand out of nervousness. No matter how hard he tried to look nice, his hair would always be in disarray. "What brings you out here?" he asked after his moment of thought. He lowered his hand and rested it at his side shortly after.

"I had nothing to do for once and it looked nice out." Willow answered. She saw he had a quiver of arrows with him. "Are you practicing with the bow and arrow?" she asked him curiously. Willow mentally scowlded herself for being nosy after the question came out of her mouth.

Erik shook his head, "I have not seen him since he selected to keep me as one of his knights, I have not even seen him walking around." he replied as he looked over at Ivory, "Have you Sir Ivory?" he questioned.

"It is pretty nice out," Lance commented as he looked up at the sky for a moment. "There always seems to be nice weather here." When she asked if he was practicing with a bow and arrow, he gave her a nod. "Yeah, I'm giving that a try. I'm not all that great at it though. I prefer using a sword anyway." He shrugged slightly and decided against getting into details. He didn't want to bore the poor girl anyway. "Have you ever... shot an arrow before?" Lance knew a few girls that did it for sport, and it was possible that she could have before she was chosen as a maid.

Ivory shook his head. "No. I haven't. Which bothers me . . . greatly." he replied in a quieter tone.

Erik nodded, "I must agree, but I have to hunt today, there is a feast schedule for the morrow." he said as he mounted up.

"Yes it does always seem to be nice out here." Willow said looking around at the trees then back at Lance. "Yes I have shot an arrow before." She said responding to his question. She had a bow and some arrows back where she lived. She also had some throwing knives.

"Oh." Lance was actually rather surprised, though he did think she had used one before. "Were you any good? I could, er, use a bit help with it." He gave a light laugh and ruffled up his hair with a hand once more. "I can't hit my target all that well. I guess my position is a bit off or something. I'm not sure."
