Don't know anything about items but I would say unfair to the store pets on the 3rd one. It might be fair for one the store pets, but not both.

For the first I'd say unfair to the dragon. The rats aren't worth very much and there aren't even any '08s. Plus the dragons just got added to the 'rares list' so it is definetly worth more than that. As for the second one, I can't help you with that, I'm not very good with 'rares list' pets, I just know the first is unfair.
