Aww. The same happened with a baby bird I had found. I came home from school, he had died. My older sister and I buried him in the front yard. Right now my snake is sick, but I think he's healing. I'll be heartbroken if he dies.

Cardinal. Same thing happened, he fell from a nest and broke his legs.
And he was getting sooo strong, and I was going to take him flying today.....

I hand fed him too for so long. He was so sweet.....

And I'm so sorry about your snake. One of my best friend's snakes got really sick, and they were going to put it down when he randomly got better. II hope yours does too.
