Both have the same face the evil has the black around his eyes that may be why you guys think he looks more evil. (I think they just look under amused)

actually, as I see it... the one above(from this month) it's eyes are flat... while the evil PPS it's eyes slant up slightly making it look angry

I think their eyes are different. The new pup's eyes slant down in the back, the Evil PPS's eyes slant the opposite direction. So he looks angry and not bored... in my opinion.

To be angry, the frown would´ve to be bigger... Or maybe had a snarl instead of a frown.

The Evil PPS is angry annoyed, the maned dog look like his mom just told him to do his homework or somthing like that XD
