I know many people have mentioned something similar to this, but I felt the need to share this from my point of view.
Gifting, it's an amazing feeling to know people really feel happy when they receive them. I know I dont have the best pets, to give the best gifts, but people seem to appreciate my common gifts better than my rare gifts. And that just makes be so happy. It makes me even happier to see that they keep the gift or gifts after a few months
People seem so keen on trying to gift me back, but I don't need a gift back. I'm happy enough knowing you truly love the pet. I gift because I want to give you something, not because I want something in return.
