Streamtail sat down, and stared at the sun. It was blinding, but she could bear it. Her yellow eyes traveled downwards, and watched Ashfur's den for a second or two, before she stood up and padded to the medicine den. She glanced around, wondering where Ashstar was, before padding quietly in. She liked the feel of the den, it's smell of herbs and the stone walls. The darker shade gave her a nice cold feeling, and she searched for Cloudnose. She wasn't familiar with the medicine cat, but she thought he wouldn't like her in the cave without his knowledge. When she didn't see him, she thought it was odd; usually he would be searching through the herbs. She shrugged and padded back out.

Sunkit is a very quick thinking kit, and very adventurous. In other words, he drives everyone nuts. His mother died, and so Streamtail checked on him a little bit when he was very young. Now that she has an apprentice, though, she doesn't see him often, and if she does it's from afar, and he will need a mentor. He is very outgoing, and wants to be a part of everything, and wants to be a warrior badly. He also shows off a lot.

Windpaw glanced up at her mentor. "Of course!" She mewed softly. She was ready to do anything to be a warrior. She stood and flicked her tail at Firepaw. "I'm going to the den." She told her brother. She felt a tinge of excitement to sleep in the apprentices' den. She trotted off, sniffing. She entered the den and peered about, finding an empty nest. She quickly found one and curled up, then fell asleep.

Waterpaw looked up at Owlmask. "What do we do now?" he asked, "Hunting? Battle training? Border patrol?" he was getting excited with each suggestion.

Lightpaw bounded around Leopardbelly. "What will we do first? Battle training???" She said, her eyes excited.

[Shinyniney]

Leopardbelly purred at the anxiousness of her apprentice. "No, no, not yet. First, we'll go hunting. Once you learn how to hunt and stalk silently, you'll be sure to fight silently."

Firepaw flicked his tail in goodbye to his sister. He bounded up to his mentor. "All my siblings are going training! Can we go? Please?"

Lightpaw sat, her tail flicking quickly. "I can jump!" To prove her point, she jumped and hooked a moth out of the air.

Streamtail cracked her back as she stood up, and winced. She was doubtful as the mentor of Windpaw- she sensed something strange and powerful in the young apprentice (Not bad, of course)- but she shook off the feeling and walked out. As she caught sight of the small fresh-kill pile, she walked through the barrier and trotted out to do some last-minute hunting before she started apprentice training.

Sunkit blinked open his pale blue eyes and shook his pelt of moss. He glanced outside of the nursery, and saw Streamtail walking out. His eyes sparkled as he thought of how proud she would be if he padded behind her quietly, and so ran out of the den and followed softly after Streamtail, careful not to crackle a leaf.

Owlmask glanced at Waterpaw. "Hunting?" she mewed then licked her paw

Windpaw's dreams were filled with excitement to be an apprentice. She knew her siblings would be training, but Streamtail had told her to rest. She would rather wait until tomorrow, nice and early, to begin.
