Okay, then you need to talk to the other four people in your house about it. They told you that you made the rules for the puppy so they need to help enforce those rules, hope it helps!

I'll attempt that. I'd have to find a time.
Hardly everyone is home at the same time. Not sure how I would convince them though...

Thanks ^.^

We have the same problem at our house. What we do is set my little dog on the floor, and with my big dog, we hold a toy in front of her and then start to walk away with the toy and she usually comes after it. We also do this with my little dog sometimes, whe he's being stubborn. We play with them for a little bit and they usually walk off and do something else after a while. But when they just won't listen, we put them in the basement for a while, just to try to let them have a place to play by themselves and not bother anyone when they're really hyper. We also snap our fingers and stuff to get my little dog down, that usually works. Hope this helped!

The other two are allowed on the furniture. One is a medium size and she hardly ever goes on. The other is a small dog, she likes to rest on the top of the couch, not on the cushions. I know people that allow some of their dogs on and others not, it can work.

I can start snapping my fingers I suppose, every other trick should have a hand signal.
I wouldn't be sticking her in the basement, she's always around us. She would most likely just sit on one stair and whine. She does like to play with the medium dog, the small dog is the alpha and isn't too fond of playing.

Thanks for the snapping idea :3

I personally don't think dogs should be allowed on the furniture.
So, the thing is I finally earned myself a dog. I'm in a house of six people and three dogs. The dog is mostly mine, I have to take care of her and train her. Although it was decided that I choose some rules she has to follow,(within reason) nobody seems to be enforcing one of the most important ones. I think she should stay off the furniture, considering there are six people that may want to sit down. Anyway, the thing is my father and I are the only ones who tell her to get down. The other four even act like the dogs are babies, they're not, they are dogs. Not people. They allow her to stay on the furniture. My mother will laugh when she jumps up on the couch and I go tell her to get down. It's not very funny, I'm trying to teach the puppy....how is that funny? I know I am suppose to train her, but there are five other people in the house, they will affect the training process. How can I get them to keep her off?

I also have dogs in the house.
Maybe ask your mom to inforce rules for the puppy. Tell her that you don't want dog hair all over where you an guests sit, and that maybe she should try to keep the dog off.
If that doesn't work, then maybe sometime when your are watching TV and the dog is with you, sit on the floor with it and not the couch. Maybe it will get the idea that if you can't sit up there, it can't either.

I need some advice :(
I have a boyfriend. We have been going out for almost 3 months now. But recently I was asking one of my friends who she fancies and she was like "I dont fancy him. Im just confused." so me and my other friend kept askin her. She finally said "John" (My boyfriend) such an awkward moment :? and now Im really jealous and paranoid because she always acts sort of flirty around him and people have been telling me that in some classes she flirts with him and stuff :( And someone made up a rumour that he is cheating on me with her. I'm just worried. I dont want to lose him. He did say to me though that he would never be unfaithful and I can trust him. And he is sorry if he has ever made me feel like he likes someone else. But it isnt gonna stop me worrying. I love him so much. Why is it when you are in a relationship you get so paranoid and jealous!
She is my friend though. But I just don't like the way she acts around him.
Thanks for listening

I think you may be right, yesterday I was on the chair and she jumped on the couch. Then I moved onto the floor, I had to make her get down though. Once she was on the floor she didn't go back on the furniture. To test it out I went back on the furniture, and sure enough she did as well.

I have thought about the fur, when she's at her full size they probably won't allow her as much. Right now they all think she looks cute on the furniture. -.-

I think I have been given lots of good advice and ideas to try out. Thanks for all the help. :3

Well SpongeKellsey, you could try to get your friend alone and talk to her about it. Ask her if she could just back off a little bit, but don't say it in a mean way of course. If she doesn't listen, maybe even talking to your boyfriend about it would help.

Yea. Thank you by the way :) I guess I could try that. I have thought about talking to my boyfriend but I always chicken out :(

Hey it's me again. :) Whole new problem I've been chewing on for a while.

Kay, so I have a friend. And we've been friends for about four years, and we used to have a lot of fun together. Most of the time, anyways. But then a little over a year ago, she told me a sort of a secret about her, and now it's just been really weird for me. It's mostly because she acts really weird, and I know it's because of this secret she told me. I've been waiting to see if things would go back to normal, but like I said before, it's been over a year now. I just don't have any fun with her anymore because of her major weirdness - like I had more fun today with a guy I didn't even really know than I have with her in months! But I feel really bad about letting the friendship go because we've known eachother forever, and I'm the only one who knows her secret, so I'm the only one she can really be herself around. And I can't talk to her about it, because she'll think I don't like her because of her secret - which isn't true - I just don't like the way it makes her act. I'm totally lost right now. Please tell me someone can help!
