Myra looked up at Zodiac, nodded to Lupe, and walked to her den quickly to rebury her pigeon. She returned and sat down outside her den, looking up at the Alphas.

Lupe crouched next to Myra
"Um, what are we supposed to do? Do we go hunting er something?"

Tayenta pressed some more herbs on Jhaiz's wing. She then padded out of her den, stretching her wings in the sunlight. Her eyes gleamed and she looked around. Tayenta sat down by her den, neatly folding her wings.

Jhaiz shifted slightly after the healer left. He blinked then shut his eyes, wishing for more sleep. He sighed heavily and looked over at the other wolf. Jhaiz grumbled softly then stood, stretching his legs. He sniffed and loped out of the den, passing the medicine wolf and ambling over to a tree. He leaned on it, bored.

"Just wait for Shadow to speak." Myra explained. "Then we hunt."

[Shadow .]

Shadow let out a howl as well, signalling for the wolves to gather under the legde. As they began to surround, she began speaking. She positioned herself a few tail lengths from Zodiac. "I call all wolves to gather under the High Ledge for a Pack Maeeting." She stated and looked around. "As you may have noticed," she began. "Me and Zodiac now sleep in the same den. Therefore, you may have guessed, we are now mates." She didnt expect anything to happen in the reactions of her wolves. "On another note, a tragic accident has happened." She looked to Myra. "Our only pup in this pack, Kara, has passed on. She was involved in a flying accident, and she shall not be forgotten." She stated. "We all wish you luck." She said more quiet to Myra and nodded. "And our newest memeber, Terekos, has joined the pack." She told everyone with a ruffle of the wings. She wrapped her tail around her paws. "And I am sure you have all noticed the male in Tayenta's den." She motioned to the wolf peeking out of the medicine den. "His name is Jhaiz," She explained. "And he is here to stay, while he heals and forever. You may treat him like your packmate." She finished. "Pack dismissed." And with that she lept down and headed over Terekos. "I am glad you decided to join." She told him with a smile. "You seem like you will be a good member and a valued one at that." She turned and headed for the fresh kill pile.

"Oh, yeah. Right."
Lupe was embarassed that he didn't even know the slightest of pack behavior. Slowy, he walked and sat in front of his den, waiting for someone to give him orders.

Myra looked away when Shadow spoke about her pup. She shook out her fur after they were dismissed and walked over to Shadow, not caring what Terekos would think of the news. "When do we hunt?" She asked Shadow, remembering the duty from the night before

[Shadow .]

"Myra, as discussed last night, I would like you to go on a hunting patrol. You may bring Terrekos. Hunt small game for now please." She told her. They did not have enough wolves right now to risk injury or death.

Tayenta nodded gratefully to Zodiac. She bent and began to eat the hare, savoring the flesh. She had listened intently to Shadow's announcement, glad that the pack was growing. She took another bite of the hare.

Jhaiz felt a twinge of pride that he now belonged somewhere. He sat down by the tree, watching the wolves. His jaws gaped in a yawn.

(KK!) Myra nodded and walked back to Terrekos. "Shadow says we should go hunting. Small game only."
