For creating an oekaki contest :

You must provide at least one of the following:

• A lineart (or part of a lineart for contestants to complete).
  
• A background.

Failure to provide at least 1 of these will result in your thread being locked.

That's what it says at the top of the forum...

Then how come I always see these competitions for making lineart? e.o *sigh* I give up. If they lock it they lock it.

They probably had a background ^-^ You could draw a quick background, and then ask people to draw the lines and use the background. Then it won't be locked ^-^

Here. I added an ugly, temporary background. It's 3 am and I'm going to bed. I might improve it, I might not. I don't know; I hate using a touchpad XD.
