Lance spun teeth bared and growl rumbling in his throat. He was up on his feet, but still low to the ground as if about to spring.

Zane looked at Scarlet. He didn't say a word. He flicked his ear.
(He doesn't really talk much. Especially to someone he doesn't know)

Lance only growled, the rabbit half eaten under him. the fur on his face was stained red and his belly and paws had the traces of dark earth.

Zane walked away. He walked out into the forest & sniffed the air. He could hear growling not far away. He started to walk in the direction it was coming from.
