The air is thick with the scent of ozone and drenched in torrential rain. Although the meteorologists issued stern warnings to remain within the safety of the city walls, a few daring alchemists decided to challenge the elements anyway...

✧ Since early morning, the wind has been reaching violent speeds, snapping old trees that can no longer resist its force. Realizing that exploration in these conditions is a death wish, you and Nymphea decide to seek refuge in a nearby cave.

✧ Inside, you encounter another drenched alchemist with their companions - Briar and Ombra. Though alchemists usually travel solo to avoid clashes between their Alchemites, the raging tempest outside has effectively silenced any thoughts of conflict. In the face of nature's fury, there is only a shared silence.

✧ The shelter, however, tells a dark tale: it clearly once belonged to a large carnivore. Scattered among the shadows, you find various animal hides and bones. Furthermore, you discover several critters huddling in the corners, having sought the same sanctuary to escape the storm.

It is as if the world is being pulled into a vacuum - a suffocating, hollow silence where time itself begins to stutter and stall.

✧ Nagapie, your companion Spica is visibly trembling with eyes fixed on the sky. You watch in horror as the falling raindrops begin to slow down, eventually hovering, motionless, like diamonds suspended in glass. Panic rising, you shout to the other alchemists to stay together.
